Promation Engineering Ltd. was founded in 1995 to supply equipment to the automotive industry. We have built a strong customer base and long-term business relationships in this sector. Promation boasts more than 150 customers across North America including Toyota, Honda and Chrysler. In 2005, Promation expanded into the nuclear industry when Atomic Energy of Canada Ltd. (AECL) contracted our services to develop concepts, build prototypes, perform testing and manufacture sophisticated robotic tooling to retube and refurbish its flagship CANDU 6 reactors. We have successfully completed the design, development, manufacture and supply of a number of technically advanced automated machines and remote tooling to support their multi-billion dollar CANDU retube/refurbishment program. |
