Promation offers a wide range of specialized operations for automotive assembly line applications. We have created applications for complete assembly lines as well as systems for window regulators, front and rear suspensions, front drive systems, automotive hinges, tailgates, and seat recliners and tracks. We can supply complete assembly lines based on modular conveyors or special conveying systems for specific applications. Dedicated, stand-alone assembly fixtures are part of our product offering. We offer a number of customized features including nutrunners, robotics, special electrical and functionality tests, vibration and noise test, pressing, staking, riveting, spot welding, greasing and more. Assembly line data collection and progress monitoring that feeds directly into your information systems can also be included.
